People love to watch Great leaders in action solving, creating and motivating. Although today lot of Great leaders are falling short in today’s world moving parts and we are finding more of a need to guide and operate from the collective.

  1. I had a situation locally where I was the victim of racial harassment by a failing institutional locally. UTSA, an affiliate of University of Texas. I was a popular TA in the Statistics department. I noticed that my grade was different than a male students even though we had the same test grades. (Mine were a bit higher in some instances.)

I tried to make it a joke where the statistics professor could not average, and I ended up with failing administrators trying to make me a racist. Apparently if you teach at UTSA and there is an issue, they call you a racist.

I wish they knew how horrible I feel for them and their failing institution that only graduates 8% of its students.

They let two women in the department harass me with State resources.

I think I need a great leader to show what happens to a mob of Hispanic people who commit a hate crime against another great leader:)

    What do you think?
